Danielle Dale

Founder of The Changineer Ltd, guiding businesses to balance environmental, social, and economic goals. A Change Management consultant/coach and Practitioner with Institute of Sustainability Professionals (ISEP) who can relate to SME challenges.

With a background in engineering & operations in the energy sector, Danielle uniquely bridges technical solutions with stakeholder engagement. A founder of multiple SME ventures she has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. A facilitator of suite of workshop and training courses covering carbon, doughnut economics, climate science and business change strategies.

Passionate about nature, Danielle enjoys wild swimming and generally being outdoors. She supports her community by hosting events, including People, Planet, Pint, Aberdeen.

FAQs

Can I cancel if required?

You can cancel the training up to 10 days prior to the training and we will give you a refund of 95% of the book fee to allow for admin costs. Cancel by sending an email to [email protected].

What criteria do I need to meet to get Certified Carbon Literate

You will be guided by the trainers during the training to complete a pledge to reduce your Carbon Emissions, this is submitted to the Carbon Literacy Project for accreditation.

On successful approval by Carbon Literacy Project the trainers will release your Certificate and digital logo for use on social media etc.

If any submissions are deemed incomplete/insufficient the trainers will support participants with 1 revision to Carbon Literacy Project.

Can you cater for my dietary requirements?

Please notify us of any specific dietary requirements including any allergies 72 hours prior to the training and we will communicate this to the catering at the venues. On the day of the training we will confirm arrangements with you directly.

Where is the training held?

Aberdeen training on 13th & 14th April will be held at Leonardo Hotel & Conference Centre, Aberdeen Airport, Argyll Way, Dyce, Aberdeen, AB21 0AF

Dundee training on 16th & 17th April will be held at Malmaison, 44 Whitehall Cres, Dundee DD1 4AY

What prior knowledge do I need to attend this training?

Prior to the training we will send you a link for a short pre-study resource which will set the scene for the training.

There are no entry requirements for this training and we understand everyone is coming from different levels of understanding.

What kind of teaching style do you use?

We use a blend of teaching styles from slides & classroom style presentation, to interactive group discussion and individual reflective learning specific to business context.

We aim to cover visual, auditory and kinaesthetic learning during the training and recognise that not everyone learns at the same rate or by the same method.
